Your best self at Christmans!
I know I’ve been complaining about not being in a christmassy kind of mood. That has all changed today. We went to Jack’s 99 cent store to pick up some christmas decorations for our apartment. We figured, why spend a lot on stuff you only bring out once a year? But I must say, I was happily surprised about the stuff we found. Some of the things they had wasn’t haft bad. I mean, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. So we got our glitter stuff, our santa candles, and a snowman decoration. The thing about that store is that it was very packed. It felt like half of Manhattan was in there shopping for bargain ornaments. What I really didn’t like was that everybody was really rude to each other. People were yelling and calling each other words. I know there was a lot of people in there but I was about to turn to them and ask them if they didn’t know what they were doing when they went in. Stupid people. And I thought Christmas is suppose to bring out the best of people!
