W

I admit. I’m not very good when it comes to movies. My knowledge is very limited (exept that I know what I usually like and don’t like), I’m a bad movie watcher as I tend to fall asleep half way through, and I tend to chose a movie that I’ve seen over a new one. I know, that’s like commiting movie suicide. I’ll never see something new if I don’t leave the oldies behind.

Two new movies that really interest me now, though, is the new James Bond movie and “W”, the movie about George W. Bush. It is a chronicle about the life and presidency of who’s soon to be former president Bush. From what I’ve heard, the movie is not a Bush-hate fest as much as an attempt to show Bush as a simple man with several human foibles, which many people find very funny.

Brolin is said to do a great job playign Bush and he manages to turn Bush from a dufus to a schmuck, that finds out too late that he is in over his head. The movie makes you not laugh at Bush the man but at the entire Bush saga. From what I’ve heard, the role of Laura Bush is predictalbe and boaring, but the role of Rice is apparently both very gutsy and very smart. I can’t wait to see this movie, and luckily it’s opening today so I’ll try to see it this weekend.

The Bond movie will be talket about when it gets closer.
That’s it for now, folks!

…first…personally I do not intend to see the B movie…and IItruly hate, really hate, that once more he and his cohorts have managed to get in an extra point for the republican party, and specially so close to the elction..grrrr
…second..he is and alsways was a schmuck, a dufus and a real namby pamby, spoilt buy his mother from the day he was born…which turned him into this sniveling idiot ,riding on his fathers coat tails..that never should have been elected…but then again, like I have said before…never under estimate the idiots among the American people…and they do multiply rapidly…and never seem to learn from their mistakes…i.e. Wallstreet…

I totally agree with you when it comes to the republicans and their way of manipulating the american people. They seem to do it in every way possible.
Not knowing enough about Bush’s upbringing keeps me from talking about him and his parents but I DO take your word for it and agree with you!

…here I am back with more, and now stand in that awful spot, when I wish I had not said what I did, meaning about the republicans and their damn timely putting things on in a false light…well well, it does look as if Oliver Stone(the director) has gotten most of both early, middle and late Bush so right…showing him as the total asshole and loser that he is, so too bad this movie was not made 8 years ago…although maybe once again all those idiotic Americans still would have voted for him…those true red white and blue bimbos never fail to amaze me…and yet I do love this country, if only the people would live up to it……and as for first hand info…I do indeed have it…albeit second hand…hm that sounds odd…
    Good Night
