VMA in the house!
In the middle of Fashion Week (yes you can feel the fashion tension in the entire city) the VMAs happened. Yesterday evening, the Video Music Awards were held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Everyone was there, and I mean everyone! Britney opened the show, Kanye closed it, and Christina Aguilera looked terrible. Her dress did not do her justice and she didn’t not look good. Britney on the other hand looke amazing. Thank God B’s back. Not that I would ever wear a glittery, shiny dress like that, it suited her perfectly. So happy she’s back. She even took home a couple of awards. Congratz to her! Just look at her picture above. Doesn’t she look happy?
Another favourite outfit is this lovely one on Katy Perry. It’s a nice mix of rock, doll, and red carpet. She’s definately standing out with this daring outfit but I love her for it. I’m glad not everyone chose to dress “up” in gowns and long, fancy dresses. That’s what I like!
As I mentioned, Christina Aguilera did not look her best. What happened with that dress? There’s something about it I just don’t like. The hair and earrings are pretty nice though.
Wish I could have a better reviwe of what happened but who really cares? Britney opened the show, but NOT with a singing/dancing performance; she talked. Kaney closed the show and I’ve never really like him so I’ve got nothing to say about that. And the brittish host was not at all attractive, he just has a cute accent but that won’t get you far… well, then again he made it to the VMAs and that’s alright.
…from one Disco Ball to one wearing only her Victoria secret Christmas under wear and the third one doing her best to look like a Mermaid pretty much sums it up for me…where is the fashion industry when one needs them, it says to me…
…just a second comment…knees are really quite ugly on a woman past 18…no matter how slim and beautiful they are other wise…
..and I for one would hate to sit in in one of the front row seats, staring up on knees..knees..knees…but then again, I have yet to meet a man looking further down than the boob line…exept the photographers that is..
Haha, yeah that’s a good question. But remember… all the fashion people are caught up with fashion week here in New York. They don’t have time for “small” stuff like the VMAs!
I totally agree with you. Many says that feet are the most unattractive feature of the body but I beg to differ. I actually think that knees are ugly!!! They do get prettier though when the woman is wearing a nice pair of heals!!!
